Service Description
Love Sewing sessions run bi-weekly on a Tuesday evening. (This class is a great follow on from the Beginners Sewing Machine class) A relaxed evening, where you can learn a variety of techniques and skills for you to continue on your sewing journey. These classes are for aimed at those looking to improve their sewing machine skill*. Do you have a sewing project that you have started and then not completed as you have struggled to understand it? You may know how to make a basic cushion, but wish to advance in techniques, such as adding piping or a zip. (*Please note this class is not for anyone wishing to make clothes, its more aimed at those looking to make items for their homes) The class will include learning about a variety of fabrics, pattern matching, fabric joining, zips, other fastening and lots of other fun skills. This is a group course, equipment, tuition will be included, you will need to bring your choice of fabrics for the finished product. You are welcome to bring your own sewing machine, as this will help you improve your confidence, on your own machine. However we do have Janome sewing machines available to use. A variety of sewing offered whether it be simple dressmaking or soft furnishings projects, think aprons, doorstops, cushions..... Important!!! You will need to have basic sewing machine skills to attend this class. If you are a total beginner then we recommend attending the Beginners Sewing class, prior to attending these classes. The cost of each class session is £30.00, total amount for 6 x bi-weekly* class is £180.00 in advance. (Bi-weekly meaning every other week) These sessions are 2 hour sessions 7.15pm - 9.15pm. Classes are on going, the next block begins Tuesday 26th September 2023, they continually run every Tuesday, so you're welcome to join mid block, just contact me to confirm dates. Please note that should you wish to continue on these sessions then payment is required prior to booking next 6 sessions. (Please note classes do not run during school holidays). Refreshments & lots of biscuits (sometimes cake too) are included. Classes held at Sacha Boxall Interiors, Ash, Surrey GU12 6BN Parking available on site

To cancel your booking, please give at least 7 days notice, refunds will not be given when cancellations are received with less than 7 days notice. We do offer the opportunity to book on to another class date subject to availability.
