HOW WE WORK
With Sacha Boxall Interiors, you have access to a wide range of services, which include everything from the supply of curtain poles and fabrics to a comprehensive turn key service.
Our turn key service comes with a complimentary hour-long consultation (available within 5 miles of Ash, Surrey). We provide fabric, trimmings, curtain and blinds tracks poles, and also take care of the production and installation of your soft furnishings.
Working alongside a skilled and professional team, which includes soft furnishing makers, upholsterers, loose cover specialists, shutter suppliers, and fitters, Sacha ensures that your home achieves the desired interior look.

We have developed a straightforward 4-step process for working with us:

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Usually initial consultation is done over the phone, and we will discuss what your soft furnishings requirements are, for example -

Which windows require dressing?
Do you require curtains or blinds or other type of soft furnishings?
Do you require poles or tracks?

We will also discuss generally the ideal budget and time scale.

SITE CONSULTATION
I can come to you and look at your rooms, offer advice on the best treatments for the windows, then measure.
I will also look at how the treatments will fit onto the windows/space and offer advice where necessary on correct fixings/functionality of these.
I will bring a selection of suitable types/styles of fabrics, which would have been pre-selected further to our initial telephone conversation.
(Please note we only offer a free consultation/site visit within a 10km radius of the studio in Ash, Surrey. If you are situated further than this we will charge a consultation fee starting from £75.00, which is refunded once you have placed an order with us).

STUDIO VISIT
You are also welcome to visit the studio, where there is a large fabric book library for you to peruse at your leisure, as well as trimmings and accessories to compliment your finished look.
Take a seat, relax with a complimentary tea or coffee, and take a bit of time to look through the various fabric choices.

QUOTATION
Once happy with your soft furnishings and fabric choices, I will put together a quotation for you, which you should receive within a few days.
Should you wish to proceed with the work, then you’ll need to accept the quote, then a deposit of 50% is required to add this to the work schedule and enable us to order fabrics/supplies, and we will book a provisional fitting date with one of our fitters.
